Mortgage Checklist

 

  • Most recent pay stub(s) for a FULL 30 days including year-to-date earnings 
  • W-2 Tax Forms for the most recent TWO years
  • Most recent TWO years Federal Tax returns including all schedules 
  • Child Support or Alimony documentation with verification of 12 full months of payments received
  • Pension, Disability, or Social Security documentation of payment received
  • Bank Statement - Most recent TWO months
  • Home Owners Insurance - Agent name, phone number, policy number and premium amount
  • Recent current mortgage account statement
  • Debts - If you are paying off any debts with the loan proceeds please provide statements that include balance, accounts numbers and mailing address. 
  • A letter of explanation of all derogatory credit and/or bankruptcy with complete copies of the bankruptcy and discharge papers 
  • Auto loan account information
  • Personal loan account information

 

  • Copy of the purchase and sale agreement for the property you are purchasing
  • Name and address of landlords for the past TWO years if currently renting
  • Copy of source of funds for the down payment
